For small jobs, yes—if we stick to the agreed-upon task, the cost is the $249 minimum. That covers up to an hour of real work, two bonus tasks, travel, admin, and tools. If you'd like more done while I’m there, it just continues at the $100/hr rate—no extra proposals, no surprises. For mid-sized skilled projects—like replacing an exterior door—pricing typically starts around $500 for up to 3 hours. If the job needs extra adjustments to do it right and make it look great, that added time is reflected fairly in the final cost. If you’d like me to grab materials on the way, it’s a flat $100 with no markup on what I buy. A 50% deposit is required once we agree on scope, and I process the remaining balance with a few clicks as I’m wrapping up and packing up tools for the day. For larger remodels, send your project details and photos. I can give you a confident range or break things into phases—we’ll keep it efficient, clear, and flexible.
